thermalling attire that allowed him to sense thermals from just about any

Diamond Level Tasks * all tasks must be signed by a witness who does not have to be a CSS member! 1. Complete one 2 hr. thermal duration flight terminating in a landing within 5 meters (16.4 ft.) of a previously marked spot. 2. Complete one 3 hr. thermal duration flight with no landing requirement. 3. Complete one 4 hr. slope flight. 4. Complete one 10 km. (6.2 mile) goal and return flight with no landing requirement. * Total distance is 20 km. (12.4 miles) 5. Complete one flight of a minimum of 60 min. duration during which a goal and return flight of 5 km. (3.1 mile) must be accomplished and terminate in a landing within 5 meters (16.4 ft.) of a previously marked spot. *an article describing all flights must be provided! 6. Obtain 5 new members for the CSS. 7. Compile a total of 10,000 points in sanctioned contests with each contest having a minimum of 10 contestants.
